Little Feat is a Child Care Centre and Montessori. It is run as a partnership by Nikki Darling and Valda Sheridan, both of whom have young children of their own. Nikki has nine years professional experience as a social worker in a children's hospital. Valda completed a recognised course in Child Care run by the I.C.N.T.C in June 1992.

We want to provide an environment for young children that is safe, stimulating and happy.

We like to have children of mixed age groups because we feel that this is beneficial in recreating family life. We maintain high staff/child ratios and comply with all regulations.

We are committed to following standards

• Children's needs are paramount; so we know you'll understand if we are a little slow to answer the phone or the door sometimes.
• The highest standards of safety and hygiene are observed.
• All violent stories and activities are discouraged.
• We believe in motivating children with positive reward.
• Nutrition and well balanced meals are provided.
• Normal opening hours are 8am to 6pm.
• We are open 51 weeks of the year.
